How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-10 working days for unstitched collections.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Yes, we provide premium stitching services for our unstitched collections. You can select the 'Stitched' option on the product page and choose from our standard size chart or provide custom measurements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all tags are intact and the fabric remains unwashed and uncut. We do not offer returns on stitched or sale items.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For international and domestic online payments, we support all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
While we strive to display colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. We ensure the highest quality control to match the original design.
